Petition terms

Effective July 31, 2026

The campaign

Save Ascension asks Blizzard Entertainment and Xbox to evaluate a controlled, licensed path for Project Ascension. The campaign is independent and does not represent Blizzard, Xbox, Microsoft, Project Ascension, Derek Powell, or any party, lawyer, employee, or court involved in the litigation.

Your signature

By signing, you state that you are at least 18, are legally permitted to sign where you live, typed your own name, control the submitted email address, and support the petition’s stated request. A signature becomes active only after email verification.

One active signature is permitted per email address. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or abusive submissions may be excluded. You may remove your verified signature at any time through the confirmation process on the removal page.

Optional survey

Survey answers are voluntary, self-reported expressions of interest. They are not purchases, contracts, promises to subscribe, or guarantees of future behavior. Blizzard has not approved the hypothetical pilot, subscription condition, or add-on described by the campaign.

Respectful advocacy

Participation supports lawful, respectful public advocacy. Do not threaten, harass, impersonate, dox, brigade, publish private information, interfere with court proceedings, or pressure judges, lawyers, employees, defendants, or their families.

Campaign outcome

A signature asks the companies to consider and publicly respond to the proposal. It does not create a duty to negotiate, settle, license, acquire, or operate Project Ascension, and it cannot guarantee that the game or any service will continue.

Intellectual property

Warcraft, World of Warcraft, Blizzard, Xbox, Microsoft, Project Ascension, and related names or imagery belong to their respective owners. Campaign references are used to identify the subjects of independent commentary and advocacy.

Privacy

The privacy policy explains collection, encryption, aggregate reporting, retention, and removal.

Changes

These terms may be updated to improve security, accuracy, or campaign operation. Material changes will be published with a new effective date.
